ATIENZA-ABOGADOS is the professional project started more than ten years ago by Luis Atienza Alarcón, Tax lawyer and previously State Treasury Inspector, after his time in the Tax Administration for almost 20 years.
During his career as Inspector, he held relevant positions in tax inspection (Head of the Regional Unit of Special Procedures from 1999 to 2002) and in the area of tax management (Administrator of the AEAT in Cornellà de Llobregat from 2002 to 2005).
After beginning his professional career in the private sector, he has focused primarily on tax advice for companies and individuals, as well as their defense in administrative inspection or collection procedures, as well as in the criminal field. During this stage he has had the opportunity to intervene in some of the most relevant judicial and media issues in our country.
Once the firm was consolidated as a legal “boutique”, it decided to start a new stage in the offices of C/ Diputación nº 278, expanding the number of professionals participating in the project, without losing, at any time, direct and immediate contact with the client, whose best interest and resolution of their problems is the main objective of the firm.

- Member of the Public Treasury Management (1988) and the Superior State Treasury Inspectors (1996), number 1 in the promotion, currently working in private practice.
- Professor of Tax Law at different institutions, lecturer and author of numerous doctrinal articles.

- Master's Degree of Legal Profession at the Universidad Oberta de Catalunya (2022).
- Master’s in taxation and Tax Consulting from CEF-UDIMA (2022).

MARC SADURNÍ FERNÁNDEZ
- Graduated in Law from Universidad de Barcelona (2020).
- Master’s Degree of Legal Profession from the Universidad de Barcelona (2022).
- Master’s degree in taxation and Tax Consulting from CEF-UDIMA (currently).

- Accountant and head of Administration, with more than 25 years of experience.
